I JUST finished Misguided Angel by Melissa De La Cruz, and its the 5th (?) book in the series. And not a surprise... I loved it! Extremely amazing book. And I will continue to say that Blue Bloods is my favorite vampire series ever! It mixes in with Gossip Girl, which I love... Its a glamourified version of what life is really like.

I am basically on the cusp of finishing Halo by Alexandra Adornetto. It is brilliant and I am in love with this novel! Seriously, I highly recommend it, (and it's not just cause I share the same first name with the author). Beautiful writing style and clarity, it's a very dynamic story as well. After Halo, I'll be reading Sea Glass by Maria V. Snyder. Another amazing series.
I'm all booked out, haha. I have so much reading to do!

Finished reading Lament by Maggie Stefivalter, the other day. It was pretty good, not an amazing read by any means but a nice way to pass the time. I did really like how the main character took and viewed the faery thing in the book, how she totally knows that something is up with him and isn't surprised when he tells her what he is. Which I think is a lovely change from all those characters who act shocked when they find out their boyfriends are vampires/werewolves/faeries, because come on of COURSE they're gonna know that there's something not usual about them.

Lol, I LOVE Blue Bloods too, but I decided to stop reading the series after the 4th book. *spoiler* I was too disgusted after she killed off my 2 favourite characters . ANYWAY. I just finished reading Last Sacrifice, which is the last book in the Vampire Academy series, and it was really, really good Stronly recommend it, the plot is more than consistent and the main character unusually badass

I adore VA.
But I'm reading Wash this Blood Clean from my Hands by Fred Vargas her books are great! It's a french detective book (I'm reading an English translation) and it's really good. I've read a few others in that series and they're just as good. Some element manage to be the exact right balance of creepy and surreal. At the moment they're in Canada and it's sort of the start because nothing much is happening, the plot hasn't really come down hard like it does with the other books. But I am loving how it's all Detective Adamsburg's point of view.
