Ok, wow. I have no idea how we've gone this long without a thread for Harry Potter. Adore these books and I'm getting so excited about Part 2, I'm going to a midnight session on Tuesday night, ONLY TWO SLEEPS AWAY. I'm gonna be a bit lost without them to be honest. They're such a constant in life and growing up. The books are great, the movies great, the whole word is amazing. Everyone want's a world that real and tangible. And I'm going to assume that everyone else on here are fan's too

I've had alot of breakdowns during the past three days just thinking about it... its just so sad, and its really hard imagining not going to see another harry potter movie. I started reading them about two years ago maybe (thanks to Sandra , and I fell in love, and I haven't been able to get rid of my obsession.. I have to wait another 4 days before my midnight premiere, I made sure that alot of my friends were going because I'll need support, its just going to be so intense and I'm bound to break down (again). And during the premiere I am going to be wearing all of my HP apparel, just because I'll feel extremely cool.

It's really weird know it will end, cause since Harry Potter movies started I have been growing up, and they have been growing up too. From a soft movie that a girl with seven/eight years saw at the cinema to this. Its too much . Very excited about the movie, but sad for ending ;D /

HARRY POTTERRRRR <3 I love HP so so so so much. I haven't really grown up with it though, I only read it about two years ago or so (like Kat!), but I love it all now. The fact that it's ending really hasn't hit me yet, but I know it will soon. But, at least we can always watch movie marathons and act like they're new? That's what I'm trying to convince myself, haha. I was really bummed out because the premiere theater (like where it's premiering) in New York was less than a block away from my hotel last week. It's like if I would've stayed there 4 more days I could've been there! But, oh well. I'm excited to see DH2 though. The previews make it look amazing.

I'M SEEING IT TOMORROW NIGHT!!!!!!So so so so so excited. But I'm like you too, it hasn't hit yet, I'm not actually sad about it ending. I think I'll wake up one morning and it'll hit me and I'll be absoloutely crushed. But it hasn't happened yet, so I'm still going on the happy end of the spectrum. I have no favourite character or ship, I love them all. Luna and Neville do have a special place in my heart, I was actually really annoyed when I found out they don't get married and live happily ever after other than that I love them all so much!

I wanted Luna and Neville together too! There is a possibility they will end up together in the movie though! Matt let it out that Neville ended up with someone different, and everyone says/hopes its Luna. Your so lucky it premieres tomorrow for you! But I guess I can wait three more days.

I didn't mind that. I thought one use of slow-mo that I kinda thought was apropriate.
We were laughing like mad at the Voldy/Malfoy hug. SO AWKWARD.

I think the parts where my theatre went crazy were when Ron and Hermione kissed, and when Molly said not my daughter you b*tch! and then proceeded to killing Bellatrix. That hug was awkward! Voldermort wraps his arms around him and a little squeeze and then Draco is just standing there. LUNA AND NEVILLE! I thought that was cute. I'm trying to think of happy moments, because the sad parts were just heartbreaking, and even if you knew what was going to happen you couldn't help but break down. The Prince's Tale was perfection, Alan Rickman was perfection! I was crying the whole time. The movie was amazing, and I'm going to watch it over and over at the theatre so I can delay my depression
